Shipping Policy

Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 3-12 business days, depending on location and product mix. If Standard Shipping is selected, orders will be processed and shipped within four business days.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

In addition to Standard Shipping, we also offer 2-day and overnight expedited shipping options, which are presented during the checkout process.

For non-confection orders: Expedited Shipping orders are processed the same day Monday through Friday until 1 pm Pacific Time (PT). Expedited Shipping orders that are placed after 1 pm PT on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. Non-confection orders may be shipped to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 3-12 business days, depending on location and product mix.

Expedited shipping options are available (2 business day and overnight). Expedited shipping charges are based on weight of package and shipping location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. No Saturday or Sunday delivery available at this time.

If you select…

Regular Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Once shipped, orders will arrive in two business days. Orders ship Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 1 pm PT (Pacific Time) on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following week.

2 Day: Orders are processed same day Monday through Thursday until 1pm (PT). Orders ship Monday-Friday. Any 2 Day orders placed after 1 pm PT on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.

Freight: If you chose freight, please contact your representative to get the dimensions and weight of the pallets. If you want to use our freight forwarder, freight cost will be roughly three to five percent of the total cost of products.(Usually)

Overnight: Orders are processed same day Monday through Friday until 1pm (PT).  Orders ship Monday-Friday.  Orders must be received by 1 pm (PT) for next business day delivery. Orders received after 1 pm PST Mondays through Thursdays will not ship until the next business day. Any orders placed after 1 pm PST on Fridays through Sundays will not ship until the following week (even if Overnight delivery is selected).
